Biographical Notes:
Anne draws on her diverse legal background to get results in effectively concluding lawsuits, but most of all it is the force of her personality, and her ability to connect with people, that makes the difference. She has represented financial institutions, corporations and individuals in commercial, antitrust, probate, employment, governmental and banking litigation. An "AV" rated attorney, she has worked in the litigation departments of Blackwell Walker, Hornsby & Whisenand and Holland and Knight. During the 1990's Anne lived in Israel and served as corporate counsel for an Israeli-based technology company, where she was in charge of international litigation and communications.
As a result of her courtroom experiences, Anne has an innate understanding of litigation. She has successfully resolved a treble damages action involving 22 companies. Anne utilizes a variety of styles and techniques to achieve results, or, as she puts it, "work her magic". While primarily facilitative and evaluative as a mediator, she is also a trained US Postal Service REDRESS transformative mediator. Her breadth of knowledge and ability to ask the right questions is an asset in many of the cases she either mediates or arbitrates including family, civil, employment and commercial.
