Biographical Notes:
Bryan Scott Henry is a full time mediator who splits his time between Florida and Colorado. Mr. Henry graduated with honors from Stetson University College of Law in 1976 and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1976 and the Colorado Bar in 1991. Mr. Henry has been a trial lawyer since 1976, specializing in Personal Injury, Workers Compensation and Social Security Disability law. Mr. Henry was certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Circuit Civil Mediator in 1999, Family Mediator in 2005, Supreme Court Qualified Arbitrator in 2001and Supreme Court Qualified Residential Mortgage Foreclosure Mediator in 2010. In addition, Bryan is a Mediator for the Florida Department of Financial Services relating to Florida homeowner's insurance claims and a Contract Mediator with the Colorado Office of Dispute Resolution. Mr. Henry practiced in his own firm since 1984, before which he was a member of Atkinson Golden Jenne Diner & Henry, P.A. Selected by his peers in a statewide survey by Leading Attorney Network, Inc., Mr. Henry was chosen as a Leading American Attorney, an honor fewer than 8% of the State's attorneys can claim. A member of the Florida Academy of Professional Mediators, the Association of Broward County Mediators and on the Board of Directors of the Colorado Council of Mediators and Mediation Organizations, Mr. Henry has been well received as a successful mediator known for his patience, legal acumen and entertaining style. In 2008, Mr. Henry established a law/mediation practice in Summit County, Colorado and is splitting his time between the Florida beaches and the Colorado mountains.

RATES & PAYMENT INFORMATION |
Rates: $250.00 per hour, 2 hour minimum/ NO CHARGE FOR TRAVEL OR PREPARATION TIME.
Payment: Payment in full due within 30 days of conclusion of mediation
Cancellation Policy: 2 hour cancellation fee if canceled within 48 hours of scheduled mediation
