Biographical Notes:

Cary R. Singletary is a full time experienced mediator and arbitrator. He also provides jury trial simulation services.

He began his mediation and arbitration practice in 1989 after having been a civil litigator and Florida Bar, Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer. He enjoys an A V rating in Martin Dale-Hubbell and has been consistently listed in The Best Lawyers in America for ten years. He has served as a Distinguished Professorial Lecturer and Director of the Center for Dispute Resolution at Stetson College of Law where he taught Alternative Dispute Resolution, Collective Bargaining and Labor Arbitration. He regularly serves as a Primary Trainer in the Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator Training and is Lead Trainer for the Florida Dispute Resolution Center's Supreme Court Arbitration Training for Court-Appointed Arbitrators. He is a frequent speaker at state and national programs on the subjects of negotiation, mediation and arbitration.

His extensive mediation experience in federal court enables him to understand the challenges facing attorneys in federal practice.

He brings to each dispute his experience, training and personal commitment to hard work which has resulted in the successful resolution of thousands of cases throughout Florida.
