Biographical Notes:

Charles is certified as a Circuit, and County Mediator and Arbitrator. He is a member of the Florida and New York Bars. Charles has actively mediated for 14 years, after 15 years of legal practice with New York law firms,followed by 25 years as General Counsel and Senior Management in a publicly held (NYSE) real estate development Corporation.

Charles legal and business background, has given him extensive experience relating to real estate acquisitions,sales,financing,land development and construction of residential and commercial properties, and corporate and real estate securities matters.

Charles is a Diplomate member of the Academy and on the ADR and Construction Law Committees of the Broward Bar. Charles Mediation practice is generally limited to Commercial matters; specializing in all aspects of real estate acquisition,development,and construction.

-Doctor of Jurisprudence (JD): Fordham Law School, N.Y.; Bachelor of Science (Pre-Med): University of Notre Dame
