RATES & PAYMENT INFORMATION |
Rates: 1. The hourly rate is $275 per hour (regardless of the number of parties).
2. There is a two hour minimum charge for each mediation. If a full day is reserved, a four hour minimum will be charged. I do not charge an adminstrative fee (for scheduling, preparation of notice letters, review of mediation summaries). Travel charge is one-half of the hourly rate, for actual time traveled.
3. The cost of mediation, and/or cancellation fee, will be equally apportioned between the parties, unless otherwise agreed to by the parties, or unless ordered otherwise by the court. For this purpose, each group represented by a different attorney (excluding co-counsel) , and each pro se individual, shall be deemed a separate party.

Payment: 1. Payment for mediation services is due upon receipt of the mediator's bill.
2. In the absence of prior approval, the attorney for each party shall be responsible for payment of any and all fees, cancellation charges and late charges. If a party is pro se, then that party is individually responsible for his/her (minimum) payment 5 days prior to Mediation

Cancellation Policy: 1. There is a 2 hr charge for mediations not rescheduled or cancelled five full business days prior to the scheduled mediation. If a full day has been reserved, then a 4 hr cancellation fee will apply.
