Biographical Notes:
Mr. Luff began practicing law in 1978 as a trial attorney. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of litigation and has been a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator since 1997.
Prior to devoting his practice entirely to alternate dispute resolution, Mr. Luff obtained substantial litigation experience in many areas including medical malpractice, legal malpractice, personal injury and wrongful death, products liability, commercial and construction litigation, employment disputes, insurance claims and coverage disputes. Mr. Luff continues to mediate and arbitrate cases in these same areas of the law.

Rates: $300.00 per hour divided equally among the parties unless otherwise agreed.
Payment: Please call for details. Payment is due upon receipt of the billing statement and it is the responsibility of counsel.
