Biographical Notes:
Mr. Prolman, a former New Hampshire judge, has been in fulltime mediation/arbitration practice for over 21 years, and to date has mediated in excess of 5000 cases. His trial experience and his business background, including work in real estate development, have ensured an exceptionally high rate of success. David is widely known for his ability to quickly determine key issues, and resolve disputes effectively.
In particular, David has handled hundreds of major Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, Wrongful Death disputes, along with high stakes Construction and Real Estate mediations over the last 21 years of fulltime mediation practice.
