Biographical Notes:

Mr. Rosenbluth has practiced law in Orlando since completing his military obligation with the Army Judge Advocate General Corps. He was a founding member of Subin, Shams, Rosenbluth & Moran and for the past several years was a shareholder in the Fisher Rushmer firm. He has now moved to the practice of full-time mediation and arbitration.

Emery's practice, both as a practitioner and a mediator, has been concentrated in business and commercial disputes, many of which were complex. Emery has experience in a very wide range of commercial disputes including contractual disputes, shareholder/partnership disputes, banking, real estate/land use and construction/development.
