Eugene "Chip" is a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer who concentrates his practice in civil litigation involving the representation of health care professionals and institutions in malpractice litigation and personal injury. Chip is certified as a Circuit Court Mediator by the Florida Supreme Court and as a certified mediator by the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Chip is AV-Rated by Martindale Hubbell and has practiced in the Fort Myers and Naples areas since 1981. He was Chairman of the 20th Judicial Circuit Nominating Committee for 2007-2008.

Mr. Smith mediates cases in all areas of civil litigation including professional negligence, personal injury, wrongful death, commercial litigation, probate litiation, and real estate litigation.
