Biographical Notes:

Began law practice with Rogers, Towers, Bailey, Jones & Gay in Jacksonville, Florida; Partner with McGalliard, Mills, deMontmollin, Smith & Monaco in Gainesville until appointed to the Alachua County Court in 1986. Specialized in civil litigation, and in commercial and real property transactions. President-elect, Eighth Judicial Circuit Bar Association, prior to judicial appointment.

Education:

J.D., University of Florida College of Law, 1973; Law Review. Admitted to Florida Bar, 1973; United States District Courts for Middle District, 1974, and Northern District, 1975.

RATES & PAYMENT INFORMATION

Rates: $285/hour. 2 hour minimum.
