Biographical Notes:

George A. Sprinkel IV served as a Judge for Florida's Ninth Judicial Circuit for more than 3 decades. He presided over thousands of cases including high profile personal injury, medical malpractice, complex business litigation and eminent domain cases. He retired from the bench in December, 2008 and shortly thereafter earned his certification as a Circuit Court Mediator from the Florida Supreme Court.

On the bench, Sprinkel earned the reputation as a judge with a passion for fairness and justice. His mission as a panel member of Upchurch Watson White & Max is to apply those attributes as a mediator, arbitrator & Special Master.
