Mock Arbitration : Mock arbitration is the dress rehearsal for the the presentation of your case at the NASD hearing just as if you were before a panel of three arbitrators. You may present witnesses, cross examine and request feedback from me as if I were hearing the case as an arbitration panelist.

Arbitration Overview : An examination of the process. An explanation to the attorney and client of what to expect and be prepared for in advance of an NASD arbitration.

Pre-suit Evaluation : Examination of the pleading and discovery in order to point out the strengths and weaknesses of your case.
