About The Florida Circuit-Civil Mediator Society
The FCCMS is the local chapter of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals (NADN), a professional association whose membership consists of attorneys distinguished by their hands-on experience in the field of civil & commercial conflict resolution and by their commitment to the practice of alternative dispute resolution.

With over 900 members throughout the United States, the NADN is the largest public roster of experienced ADR attorneys on the web. Membership is invitation only and limited to neutrals who have proven experience in the resolution of commercial & civil disputes. All members have been recognized for their accomplishments through a peer-nomination and attorney client review process.

For more about NADN, please watch our "Introduction to NADN" YouTube video below...

There is clear demand from attorneys, insurance adjusters, individual parties, etc. to know more specific information about a given mediator: their experience, qualifications & certifications, language skills, dispute areas in which they have previously mediated, and so on. Our site allows the visitor to find such professionals quickly and easily, thereby further promoting the practices of Florida's premier civil mediators.

There is also the common difficulty of settling upon a mutually agreed date and time for a mediation.
With this in mind, we created the FCCMS website to serve as a daily aid to trial attorneys, law firms and schedulers. Since 2004, the site has become a 'one-stop shop' for those that regularly require a mediator, allowing them to instantly view the availability of preferred professionals and expedite the scheduling process. Since 2016, our website regularly welcomes between 2500-3000 unique visitors each week day, making it the most visited website in the Florida legal sector.
