There is clear demand from attorneys, insurance adjusters, individual parties,
etc. to know more specific
information about a given mediator:
their experience, qualifications & certifications,
language skills, dispute areas in
which they have previously mediated, and so on. Our site allows the
visitor to find such professionals quickly and easily,
thereby further promoting the practices of Florida's premier civil mediators. There is also the common difficulty of settling upon a
mutually agreed date and time for a mediation.
With this in
mind, we created the FCCMS website to serve as a daily
aid to trial attorneys, law firms and schedulers.
Since 2005, the FloridaMediators.org site has become a 'one-stop shop' for
those that regularly require a mediator, allowing them to instantly view
the availability of preferred professionals and expedite the scheduling
process. Since 2012, our website regularly welcomes between 2000-2500 unique visitors each
week da, making it one of the most visited websites in the Florida legal
community.
