Biographical Notes:
 Practiced in Dade County, Florida 1958-1979 and Marion County, Florida 1972 to present. Extensive trial experience in all phases of personal injury matters, including products liability, premise liability, construction and professional negligence, as well as all phases of commercial and probate litigation. Was Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer when actively practicing, which expired when phasing out active litigation to devote full time as mediator. Have mediated in excess of 2000 cases.

RATES & PAYMENT INFORMATION |
Rates: The following financial arrangements are applicable to the mediation set forth in the notice to which this is attached. Failure to serve written objection to these arrangements upon the mediator within 10 days from receipt of the notice of mediation will constitute assent to these arrangements.
1. The hourly rate is $295.00 per hour, regardless of the number of parties.
2. The cost of mediation is to be equally apportioned among the parties, unless otherwise agreed or ordered by the court. For this purpose, each group represented by a different attorney (excluding co-counsel) shall be deemed a separate party.
3. A charge equal to one-half hour shall be assessed as an administrative fee for scheduling, preparation of notices, review of mediation statements, etc.
4. A two-hour minimum charge plus the administrative fee will be assessed if notice of cancellation of a mediation is given less than three (3) business days before the day of the mediation.
5. A minimum charge of two hours plus the administrative fee will be made for any mediation scheduled for one-half day. A minimum charge of four hours plus the administrative fee will be charged for any mediation scheduled for a full day.
6. In the absence of prior approval, the attorney for each party shall be responsible for payment of any and all fees.
7. There will be no charge for travel time less then one hour each way. If the travel time exceeds one hour each way, the full amount of travel time will be charged, but the rate for travel time will be one half the hourly rate.
