Biographical Notes:
 John (Jack) V. Cannon, III has maintained a successful trial practice for many years concentrating in commercial litigation, construction litigation, representation of developers and contractors, personal injury and wrongful death. Mr. Cannon also practices as an arbitrator and as a Circuit Court Mediator certified by the Florida Supreme Court.
Mr. Cannon received his bachelor's degree from Union College and attended law school at the University of Mississippi and Florida State University. He has served as a member of the Board of Governors of the Young Lawyer Section of The Florida Bar, Chairman of The Florida Bar General Practice Section and as a member of the 12th Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee. In 2007, Mr. Cannon was named by Florida Trend to its "Legal Elite" list. He was selected in the category of Mediation. Forty-two certified mediation attorneys were selected to this list, out of a total of 5,243 in the state.

RATES & PAYMENT INFORMATION |
Rates: Two parties - $150 per hour per party, three parties - $125 per hour per party, four or more parties - $115per hour per party.

Payment: Payment is due at the conclusion of the mediation session unless other arrangements are made ahead of time.

Cancellation Policy: There is a three hour cancellation fee if not notified at least 7 days prior to date and time of mediation.
