Biographical Notes:
 Mr. Edwards' trial and appeal practice focused on product liability, personal injury, commercial and malpractice cases. He has represented plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury and commercial cases.
Mr. Edwards' experience as either attorney, mediator or arbitrator includes litigation or appeals involving: personal injury, products liability, aviation, banking, business dissolutions, civil rights and section 1983 claims, commercial and contract matters, condominiums, construction claims, dealership and franchise disputes, employment matters, insurance, land use, malpractice, partnership dissolutions, deceptive trade practices, warranty claims, will contests and probate matters.
The Florida Supreme Court has certified Mr. Edwards as a Circuit Civil Mediator and Appellate Mediator. Jim is a member of and approved by the U.S. District Court (Middle District, Florida) Mediation Panel, and is qualified for US 11th Circuit Court of Appeals Mediations.

Rates: $300 per hour for two parties; $120 per hour per party for three or more parties.
