Biographical Notes:
Have successfully established and managed a multifaceted law firm with experience in many areas. My law firm has handled matters for over 3,000 clients since 1985. I have done all areas of trial work including insurance defense, Plaintiff personal injury, workers compensation, real estate, family law and divorce, estate planning and probate litigation.
I have taken my 26 years of experience and put my expertise to work for my mediation clients as I build a full time civil ,family ,and arbitration practice. I am a Florida Supreme Court certified civil mediator, family law mediator and arbitrator, having arbitrated disputes since 1990 and mediated cases in Florida on the small claims, county and circuit court level as well as for the Middle District of Florida Federal Court. I am a certified Better Business Bureau arbitrator. I am licensed to practice in all Florida state courts and the Federal Court for the Middle District of Florida.
