I serve exclusively as a mediator, arbitrator, special master, referee and administrator ad litem in all types of civil litigation and arbitrations throughout the State of Florida, including personal injury and wrongful death, insurance, professional malpractice, nursing home, disability, admiralty, commercial, corporate and partnership, real estate, construction, surety, securities, condominiums and community associations, and probate/trusts, following my 18 years as a trial lawyer at Fowler White in Tampa. I am certified in federal district court and state circuit court.
