John Boggs received his Mediator Certification in April of 1996, and in the past has split his legal practice between plaintiff, personal injury, insurance defense, and mediation.  John's mediation practice has grown to the point where he has now closed out his litigation files, and cleared his calendar for full time mediation scheduling. Being active for over 25 years in trial related litigation, and for the last 15 years as a mediator, has provided John with unique insight into case evaluation and negotiation, so as to expand his qualifications and receive statewide recognition in the field of litigation and mediation.

Recent Recognitions and Awards:

  • 2004 elected to FLORIDA LEGAL ELITE, in Florida Trend Magazine statewide poll of practicing attorneys in top 1.6% of Florida mediation attorneys.
  • 2005 elected to FLORIDA LEGAL ELITE, in Florida Trend Magazine statewide poll of practicing attorneys in top 1.7% of Florida mediation attorneys.

Rates: $175.00 per hour, per party, for 2 parties and $125.00 per hour, per party for 3 or more parties - with a three-hour minimum.

Payment: Each party's attorney, if any, shall be responsible for timely delivery of each party's fees. The full amount of fees will be billed at the conclusion of the mediation conference. Pro Se parties are expected to pay their portion of the three-hour minimum at least five days prior to mediation.
