Biographical Notes:
 Born in Jackson, Mississippi, John W. Boult was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1963. Mr. Boult is a graduate of the University of the South, Sewanee, Tennessee, where he served as Head Proctor and as Chairman of the Honor Council. He received his law degree at Vanderbilt University School of Law where he was Associate Editor of the Vanderbilt Law Review. Mr. Boult also served three years as an appellate lawyer in the office of the Judge Advocate General of the Navy, and one year as an appellate lawyer in the U.S. Department of Justice. He is a member of the Florida Bar, the Hillsborough County Bar Association, American Board of Trial Advocates, National Health Lawyers Association, American Academy of Hospital Attorneys, and is certified as a mediator by the Florida Supreme Court. He was twice nominated for appointment to the Second District Court of Appeals of Florida, and later served four years as a member and Chairman of the Second District Court of Appeal Judicial Nominating Commission. He has "first chaired" in excess of 60 jury trials and has extensive experience as a Certified Mediator.

RATES & PAYMENT INFORMATION |
Rates: $165.00 per hour per party/two party mediation $125.00 per hour per party/three party mediation $90.00 per hour per party/four or more parties

Payment: Payment is expected within fifteen (15) days of the mediation with the exception of pro se litigants who must be prepared to pay in full at the time of the mediation.

Cancellation Policy: If the mediation is canceled or rescheduled less than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled date of conference, a minimum fee of 3 hours for a half day mediation and 6 hours for a full day mediation will be charged.
