John Brown has mediated cases concerning: contracts, businesses, real property, condominiums, homeowners' associations, personal injury, construction, vessels, domestic relations, inheritance, and trusts. He is a certified mediator under Chapter 718 of the Florida Statutes regarding condominiums. Prior to the 2007 Statute change, John was the only private mediator certified by the Division of Florida Land Sales, Condominiums, and Mobile Homes to mediate certain types of homeowners' disputes pursuant to section 720.311, Florida Statutes
