John S. Freud, Esquire, is a state certified Florida and federally listed mediator (Southern District of Florida), and AAA, International Mediation Institute and Construction Dispute Resolution Services, certified mediator and arbitrator. He is a graduate of Brandeis University (B.A., magna cum laude, 1978) and the University of Miami School of Law (J.D. 1981). He has also been a civil trial lawyer since 1981, handling a wide variety of complex commercial, construction, real estate/lending and financial, I.P., environmental (mass tort) and other other tort-based (negligence/insurance/malpractice) disputes.

Mr. Freud heads up Mediation Solutions, Inc., and was the managing partner of a boutique civil trial firm for almost two decades. He was recently honored as a listed Mediator in Trend's Legal Elite, August, 2007, August, 2008 editions.
