John S. Freud, Esquire, is a state certified Florida and federally listed mediator (Southern District of Florida), and NASD certified mediator and arbitrator, He is a graduate of Brandeis University (B.A., magna cum laude, 1978) and the University of Miami School of Law (J.D. 1981). He has also been a civil trial lawyer since 1981, handling a wide variety of matters.

Mr. Freud heads up Mediation Solutions, Inc., and was the managing partner of a boutique civil trial firm for almost two decades. He was recently honored as a listed Mediator in Trend's Legal Elite, August, 2007, edition.
