Biographical Notes:
 John Kuder retired from the circuit bench in January 2006 and while he has retained certification as a senior judge he is not at this time accepting assignments in any court. He is presently engaged in a mediation practice and also serves as a consultant /advisor to the Collins Center for Public Policy, Inc., a non-profit organization, where he assists with its managed mediation programs and specifically the foreclosure program in the First Circuit.
John Kuder has received Florida Supreme Court certifications in both Circuit Civil (4/24/09) and Family Law (2/6/09) Mediation. Presently, the primary focus of his mediation practice has been in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, products liability, commercial and business related cases and real property.

RATES & PAYMENT INFORMATION |
Rates: The charge for mediation services is $125.00 per hour for each party. There is no required minimum. Charges apply only for the actual hours of mediation. A mediation of three or more parties is a flat rate of $375.00 per hour to be divided equally among the parties (unless the parties have otherwise agreed); again, there is no minimum charge. No advance fees are required either before or at the time of mediation. Also, there are no travel fees or costs associated with mediations occurring within the First or Fourteenth Circuits.

Payment: Counsel will receive a statement of services subsequent to mediation.

Cancellation Policy: There are no cancellation fees.
