Biographical Notes:

After his admission to the Florida Bar, Mr. Ludovici was employed as an Associate with Lyle & Skipper, P.A. On April 1, 1991, Mr. Ludovici became associated with Fox and Grove and on January 1, 1996, he became a Partner in what is now known as Abbey, Adams, Byelick, Kiernan, Mueller & Lancaster, LLP. On July 1, 2000, Mr. Ludovici became "of Counsel" to the Firm and began Mediating cases on a full time basis. In January 2003, Mr. Ludovici opened his own Practice which continues to be limited to Private Mediations.

Mr. Ludovici is married to Lorena Hart Ludovici who is also an attorney and practices in the are of Eminent Domain. They have three children: Alexis, Aslyn and Joseph,Jr.

Rates:

• $225.00 per hour for Mediations
• $100.00 per Hour for Travel

Payment: Net 30 days.

Cancellation Policy: 48 Business Hours Prior to Mediation or Late cancellation fee of $225.00
