Biographical Notes:

Judith A. Ripps has practiced law in financial and securities work, as well as employment and family law, for more than 25 years.

An experienced litigator, Ms. Ripps gained her expertise as a partner, and earlier as an associate, of an international Wall Street law firm, where she was responsible for complex litigations pending in federal and state courts throughout the United States.

In 1990, she relocated to Boca Raton as counsel in the Florida office of a large upstate New York law firm. She has expanded her expertise into the emerging area of employment law, including employment counseling, and sexual, age, disability and racial discrimination claims.

A former partner with Harnett Lesnick & Ripps since 1993, she has represented clients before federal and state courts, arbitration panels and federal and state governmental agencies. In 2009, Judith formed her own firm of Judith A. Ripps, P.A., devoting more of her practice to service as a neutral.

Judith A. Ripps is Chairperson of the Federal Court Advisory Group for Mediation for the Southern District of Florida, and has served on the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program. She has been Chairperson of the Federal Practice Committee of the Palm Beach County Bar Association.
