Biographical Notes:

Mark E. Becker has been actively mediating since 1985, and has mediated over 4,000 cases. He is available to mediate Family, Circuit Civil, and Dependency cases throughout Florida and the Southeastern U.S. Mr. Becker has been specifically trained to mediate foreclosure cases pending before the Florida courts, His practice is limited to alternative dispute resolution. Experience is the factor that can make a mediation successful. Mr. Becker has over 26 years of experience as a mediator and over 28 years as an attorney.

Rates: Please call for details. Prices are competitive, and based upon the type of mediation and the issues involved.

Payment: All mediation fees are to be paid at the conclusion of each mediation session unless otherwise agreed between the mediator and the parties.
