Biographical Notes:

Mark is an experienced Civil and Family Mediator/Arbitrator since 1979. He has received his Appellate Mediation training from the Florida 5th DCA in 2004. Mark was involved in his private Law Practice for over 30 years: a general practice firm employing an associate attorney, paralegal, and several secretaries. He has extensive experience in: Personal Injury, Workers Compensation, Matrimonial and Family Law, Real Estate & Contracts. While in New Jersey, he was a member of The Middlesex County Superior Court Family Early Settlement Panel.for a period of seventeen years. Mark has now retired from his law practice, and devotes his energy and experience full time to his Mediation and Arbitration practice.

New Jersey Superior Court Early Settlement Program is a mandatory appearance by divorcing parties and their attorneys before experienced matrimonial/family law attorneys serving as a volunteer panel to hear, mediate, or arbitrate equitable distribution, support and related matters.

Mark has mediated difficult, multi-issue cases involving personal injury, workers comp, all aspects of divorce and family law, contract disputes, real estate, and general litigation.

Memberships & Affiliations :

Rates: Mediation and Arbitration Services are billed at the rate of $275.00 per hour There is a 2 hour minimum for a half day reserved, and a 4 hour minimum for a full day reserved. The cost of Mediation/Arbitration Services is apportioned equally between the parties unless agreed upon beforehand. Each party's attorney, if any, shall be responsible for payment of their party's fee, which is due "net 30 days." There is no charge for Travel Time of less than one (1) hour each way. If Travel Time exceeds one (1) hour each way, the Travel Fee is $100.00 per hour for each hour traveled in excess of one (1) hour. An administrative fee of 3/4hour is added to final fee to cover costs of file review, reports to court, and correspondence.

Payment: In "Private Mediations/Arbitrations" payment of the fee is due and shall be paid at the conclusion of the Mediation conference, unless prior arrangements are made at least seven (7) days in advance.

Cancellation Policy: A Cancellation Fee of $275.00 is charged if notice of cancellation is given less than three (3) business days prior to the scheduled mediation/arbitration.
