Martin is frequently called upon by insurance companies and public adjusters to act as a third party neutral Umprire in insurance claims appraisals. His experience in mediating over 1500 hurricane mediation claims gives him a unique perspective in acting as an appraisal umpire.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
A practicing attorney for more than 35 years, Martin I. Lipnack understands the law and knows the benefits of resolving disputes through mediation and avoiding litigation. A certified mediator in the State of Florida since 1989 and an approved primary trainer by the Supreme Court of Florida, he is a leading expert in conflict resolution.

A frequent guest speaker at prominent business meetings around the country, Lipnack has spoken on national and local radio as a respected authority on mediation. In addition, he has testified before various ADR commissions and has bylined a number of published articles relating to mediation.

As president of Dispute Resolution Consultants, Inc. in South Florida, Lipnack understands the value of resolving disputes without relying on costly courtroom battles. His company provides mediation services for pre-suit disputes and pending litigation.

Education:

Mr. Lipnack received his law degree from Brooklyn Law School and is admitted to practice in the states of Florida, New York, Colorado, Supreme Court of the United States and Federal District Court. He is a certified mediator with the Federal District Court, South Florida District.

Memberships & Affiliations :

Mr. Lipnack has an impressive record of professional training and memberships. He served on the Board of Directors of the Florida Academy of Professional Mediators. He is a certified mediator for the National Association Of Securities Dealers (NASD) and a contract mediator for the EEOC and he is a Florida Catastrophe Insurance Mediator. He is past chairman of the Training Sector of the Society of Professionals in Dispute Resolution (SPIDR). Mr. Lipnack has served on the Supreme Court Committee for Training Standards. Also, he is a former faculty member of Nova Southeastern University and the American Arbitration Association.
