Biographical Notes:
 Michael J. Dewberry has been a litigator since 1977 and has handled many types of civil, appellate, and administrative litigation. He has served as a mediator and arbitrator for 12 years. He also maintains an active litigation, employment, and healthcare law practice. Prior to joining the Jacksonville office of Fowler White Boggs Banker, he was the Managing Partner of Hedrick Dewberry Regan & Durant P.A., an eight lawyer litigation firm in Jacksonville. Mr. Dewberry has mediated a wide variety of cases with commercial litigation, helathcare-related litigation, and employment disputes comprising the majority of his practice.

RATES & PAYMENT INFORMATION |
Rates: $330 per hour for two-party cases with additional charges for multiple parties based on the nature of the dispute. Reduced or waived charges for travel depending on distance and length of mediation.
Administrative fee of $175, divided among parties.
Paid parking provided in Bank of America Tower for mediation participants.

Payment: Payment is the responsibility of the attorneys unless other prior arrangements are made. Payment due within ten (10) days of the submission of a statement

Cancellation Policy: One hour per party if case not canceled within 72 hours.
