Biographical Notes:

Former Sr. VP - Litigation ING N.A.; Trial counsel, Chief of Litigation and then General Counsel of the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority; 12 years in private practice.  Michael tried approximately 75 state and federal jury trials as lead counsel and over 30 as co-counsel or second chair. He also directed and managed dozens of trials as corporate litigation counsel in multiple states and federal jurisdictions..  

Michael transitioned  to fulltime mediation in 2000 after 25 years of practice. He handles a broad spectrum ligation and pre-litigation based matters.  He has mediated approximately 2,000 cases in multiple states with settlements involving up to 8 parties and eight figures. Michael and his administrative assistant arrange all cases personally.

Rates: $185/hr per party for two parties; $135/hr per party for three or more parties

Payment: All cases are invoiced by email (to counsel) at the conclusion of the mediation session or at the conclusion of the case if additional time is necessary.
