Biographical Notes:

After law school graduation in 1978, Mr. Farrell practiced with a trial firm in Atlanta, GA. In 1980, he returned to Florida and joined the firm of Fuller & Johnson, P.A., which soon became Fuller, Johnson & Farrell, P.A. where he continued his trial practice until 2007. He currently has his own firm, Patrick J. Farrell, Jr., LLC.

Mr. Farrell has been a Florida Bar Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer since 1989 and a Florida Supreme Court, Certified Circuit Civil Court mediator since 1998.

He has over thirty years of trial experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in both state and federal courts in a broad range of civil cases, including product liability, professional malpractice, medical malpractice, nursing home, environmental, automotive, condominium, construction, insurance coverage, bad faith, civil rights, employment and commercial litigation matters. His broad trial and litigation experience enhance his ability to successfully resolve disputes through mediation.

Mr. Farrell is admitted to practice in all Florida and Georgia state courts and in the United States District Courts, Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida and Middle and Northern Districts of Georgia, the United States Court of Appeals, Fifth and Eleventh Circuits and the United States Supreme Court. He was selected to Leading Florida Attorneys and for several consecutive years has been selected as one of Florida's Super Lawyers. He received the American Board of Trial Advocates, Tallahassee Chapter, First Annual Civility Award. He is AV rated.

Education:

Mr. Farrell received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Florida State University in 1975, and received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Walter F. George School of Law, Mercer University, in 1978. While there, he served as the Managing Editor of the Mercer Law Review and was selected into the Brainerd Currie Honor Society.
