BIOGRAPHY
Paul Remillard has been a Certified Mediator since January of 1996, and now dedicates the vast majority of his practice to mediation work.
Paul has mediated over 1000 litigated disputes to date, with a settlement rate of over 85%, involving all manner of civil and commercial disputes. Paul's first hand Jury Trial experience is a valuable asset to his mediation practice.

Certified Account Manager and Critical Situation Manager for national clients while at AT&T from 1979-1983. Taught business principals to non-business trained account managers to allow them to recognize organizational or networking designs that could be enhanced and prompt higher profit margins while selling our products.
Introduced AT&T's first digital information manager (phone, computer, energy, security) which integrated many standalone products into one system.
Authored the Florida Bar's Ethics School curriculum.
Designed each lecture in various areas of the ethics law and practice.
