Biographical Notes:

My trial practice is generally limited to litigation of personal injury, wrongful death, aviation, construction defects, commercial claims and product liability cases.

I became certified as a mediator in 2002 and now regularly mediate cases for firms in Vero Beach, and surrounding areas, while still maintaining an active litigation practice. I have mediated well over 1000 disputes to resolution, with broad experience in all manner of civil disputes.Our office can comfortably accommodate 2-4 party mediations, with room for up to about 20 participants.
