Biographical Notes:
Spent first fifteen (15) years of legal career defending insurance companies and their insureds in a variety of personal injury matters, trying numerous cases to a jury. Switched emphasis to representing interests of both insurers/employers and then to injured workers from 1985 to the present. Became certified as a circuit court mediator in 1991 and have presided as a mediator over more than 5,000 cases, the majority in the areas of personal injury and workers' compensation. Have been a Florida Bar Board Certified Workers' Compensation attorney since 1991.

RATES & PAYMENT INFORMATION |
Rates: Workers' Compensation - $275 an Hour, 2 hour minimum; $125 an hour for travel outside Tampa.
Circuit Civil - $150 per party, per hour, with two parties; $125 per party, per hour, with three parties; $100 per party, per hour, with four or more parties.
$125 an hour for travel outside Tampa.
Payment: 30 days
Cancellation Policy: $275 charge if cancelled within 5 business days of scheduled mediation.
