Biographical Notes:

Richard Lord, with Upchurch, Watson, White & Max since 1999, is a full time mediator and mediates throughout Florida and the Southeast. Richard became a certified mediator in 1997 after practicing as a trial lawyer in both State and Federal Court.

Mr. Lord is admitted to practice in the State Courts of Florida as well as the United States District Courts for the Middle and Northern Districts of Florida. Richard served on the Fifth DCA Appellate Mediation Pilot Program Task Force and is a speaker and consultant on ADR topics to professional organizations, law firms and businesses.
