Full-time Mediator who has mediated well over 2,000 cases since becoming certified in 2004.  He has thirty (30) years of experience in the negotiation, mediation, arbitration and trial of a wide range of legal disputes.  He mediates approximately 250 cases a year, and has a long list of satisfied clients from diverse practice areas and both sides of the Bar.

Extensive knowledge of business, construction defect, contract, eminent domain, employment, insurance and risk management, intellectual property, maritime, personal injury, professional liability, products liability, real estate, securities and sports law.

Rates: Mr. Daisley’s 2017 Hourly Rates: $195 per hour per side ($390 per hour total) for two-sided disputes $165 per hour per side for three-sided disputes $135 per hour per side for four-sided disputes For half-day Mediations, a minimum fee of 4 hours will be charged (3 hours for the conference and 1 hour for preparation and reporting). For full-day Mediations, a minimum fee of 8 hours will be charged (6 hours for the conference and 2 hours for preparation and reporting). Payment: Payment is expected within fifteen (15) days of receipt of statement. Advance payment, an advance deposit or a credit card authorization may be required in our discretion.

Cancellation Policy: At least twenty (20) calendar days notice is required for cancellations without a fee. Cancellation fees are billed at 50% of the minimum hourly fees. Details are set forth in our confirmation materials.
