Biographical Notes:

Formerly a Board Certified Civil Trial Attorney and in active practice since 1986, Rodney Romano established a fulltime mediation practice in 2000 and founded Matrix Mediation in 2006.

Since then he has mediated over 4500 cases, and has acted as arbitrator (both panel and sole) on numerous occasions. His case experience includes: Auto Negligence; Bad Faith Claims Commercial Litigation; Complex Personal Injury; Construction Litigation; Contract Claims; Governmental Issues; Claims against governmental agencies; Eminent Domain cases; Insurance Claims and Coverage Issues; Medical Malpractice; Nursing Home Negligence/Chapter 400 cases; Premises Negligence; Private Trials; Products Liability; other professional negligence; special master. He also serves as umpire in property/homeowner damage claims.

Rates: Available for half day /four hours@ $475 per hour Available for "unlimited" full day @ $475 per hour or $5000.00 per day inclusive of preparation (lower of the two will be automatically applied). No charge for travel in 11th, 17th, 15th and 19th circuits.

Payment: Personal injury cases can be invoiced; all others are pay in advance.

Cancellation Policy: No charge with 7 days notice. Otherwise, four hours.
