RATES & PAYMENT INFORMATION

Rates: $300.00 hour, mediation time and preparation time. No charge for time spent traveling.

Payment: Attorneys are responsible for payment of mediation fees if their clients fail to pay within a reasonable period of time.

Cancellation Policy: I am a full time mediator. In the event mediation is cancelled less than 10 days before the scheduled date, I charge the party requesting the cancellation a $900.00 cancellation fee. If all parties request the cancellation, each party will be billed for a pro rata portion of the cancellation fee. I do so because under those circumstances, there is no realistic opportunity for me to schedule mediation to fill the time I have committed to your case (much like an empty seat on an airplane after the doors close.) Of course, if I am able to schedule mediation on this reserved day, no fee will be due from you.
