RATES & PAYMENT INFORMATION |
Rates:
Mediation services are billed at the rate of $250/hr. There are mimimum fees depending on the location of the mediation and time reserved:
For all mediations there is a 1/2 hr. fee for administrative tasks, scheduling, review of mediation statements, preparation of pleadings, etc.;
For mediations secheduled on one of our offices, there is a 2 hour mimimum fee for 1/2 day reservations, and a 4 hour charge for full day reservations;
For mediations scheduled outside of one of our offices, but within 1 hour travel time each way shall incur no travel charges, and will incur a minimum charge of 3 hours per 1/2 day reservation, or 6 hours per full day reservation, plus the administrative fee;
Travel time in excess of 1 hour each way from either office shall be billed at 1/2 the hourly rate for the full amount of travel time
Cancellation Policy:
Should you need to cancel a reserved mediation date and time, please call to do so as soon as possible.
If the cancellation notice is not recieved five (5) business days before the scheduled mediation date, then a fee based upon 3 hours time shall be billed for 1/2 day reservations and 6 hours time for full day reservations.
