PROFESSIONAL INFORMATION

Biographical Notes:

Since 1987, when I was certified as a mediator by the Supreme Court of Florida, I have participated in over 3,000 mediations. About half of those I was the mediator and half I was acting as an attorney representing a party. As a mediator I have mediated multiple party cases, personal injury litigation, contract disputes, forfeiture cases arising out of criminal arrests, divorce related litigation, PIP cases, disputes involving mobile home communities, construction litigation and virtually the full range of civil lawsuits. On one occasion, the attorneys representing two highly educated and highly bitter spouses agreed that the best chance of resolving the case was to have me mediate with their clients, but with the attorneys not attending the mediation. At this unusual mediation the parties were able to resolve many, but not all of their disputes.

Many of my mediations involve significant dollar divorce cases for the most prominent divorce lawyers in Polk County.
