Biographical Notes:

I was first certified as a Circuit Civil and Family Mediator in 1993 (re-certified in Circuit Civil in 2010, Family, 2011); Mediator Number 4326FRA. Certified as an Appellate Mediator, 2011.
I have been an active mediator since 1993, mediating more than 1300 disputes in various areas of the law, including, but not limited to, consumer/business disputes, personal injury and products liability cases, contract disputes, construction disputes, probate contests, family issues, and foreclosures. I am a Certified Residential Mortgage Foreclosure Mediation Program mediator, and I was rostered with both the Collins Center and Conant Center RMFM Programs until the Supreme Court cancelled the program. I estimate that, since 1993, between 25% and 30% of my practice has been as a mediator.
With Hal Frank Wotitzky, Esq., I formed Mediation Education, LLC in 2010 for the purpose of offering mediator training courses and continuing education courses. Our Circuit Civil Mediator Certification Training Program was certified by the Florida Supreme Court in 2010. I am an approved Primary Trainer. My presentations in our Circuit Civil Training program total approximately eleven (11) hours. We have successfully conducted five circuit civil training courses to date and presented two CLE/CME seminars to attorneys and mediators.
I have also been sole arbitrator in several cases, both court-referred non-binding arbitration and voluntary binding arbitration.
