RATES & PAYMENT INFORMATION |
Rates: We will furnish our mediation services at the rate of $330.00 per hour for two party mediations or $150.00 per hour per party in multiple party matters. There will be a 2-hour minimum bill per mediation or party as applicable. The fee shall be divided equally between or among the parties unless otherwise agreed before or at the mediation. Additionally, travel time for mediations outside Hillsborough or Pinellas Counties will be billed at the rate of $100.00 per hour.
Payment: Payment is expected within fifteen (15) days of receipt of statement.
Cancellation Policy: Must be notified of cancellation at least seven (7) days prior to mediation date. Flat cancellation fee of $660.00 (to be divided at discretion of parties) for 2 hour mediation. May be more for longer reserved times.
