Wholeheartedly I would, and have,recommended Torres Mediation. I was so impressed after my experience that I sent out Torres Mediation information to every one of my colleagues with a rousing endorsement of her skills.
Kim Torres allowed the parties to speak, but unlike other mediations which I attended, she did NOT allow the parties to ramble on.
She was willing to share information (that of course the parties had authorized) and steer everyone quickly toward resolution.
