Biographical Notes:

I have been licensed to practice law in the State of Florida. since May 1975. I have been A V rated in Martindale Hubbell for more than twenty-five years. I have been a Certified Circuit Court Mediator since 1995 and have mediated approximately 5,000 cases of a varying nature, including personal injury, worker's compensation, employment, labor law and commercial contract disputes. I am also a qualified arbitrator.

My practice over the years has consisted of representing injured plaintiffs and claimants as well as representing most major insurance companies, including Travelers, USFG, Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, etc.

Rates: $300.00 per hour, minimum 2 hours, divided between the parties, absent any other agreement

Payment: 2 hour minimum, payable at time of mediation, unless otherwise agreed upon

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled within 3 days of mediation, fee is 2 hours
