Recognized to Florida Chapter for Mediation & Arbitration

John Boggs received his Mediator Certification in April of 1996, and in the past has split his legal practice between plaintiff, personal injury, insurance defense, and mediation.  John's mediation practice has grown to the point where he has now closed out his litigation files, and cleared his calendar for full time mediation scheduling. Being active for over 25 years in trial related litigation, and for the last 15 years as a mediator, has provided John with unique insight into case evaluation and negotiation, so as to expand his qualifications and receive statewide recognition in the field of litigation and mediation.
