Bart Fleet is a Certified Circuit Court Mediator and a Florida Supreme Court qualified Arbitrator, and has been in ADR practice since 2003. Bart's practice is concentrated in the areas of business, estate planning, guardianship, mediation/arbitration, probate and tax. To date, Bart has mediated over 100 cases, and he divides his time between the firm s Shalimar and Destin offices.
