Mr. Felton has handled preparation and trial of numerous significant lawsuits from the defense and plaintiff perspective since 1973, primarily in tort and insurance related issues.

Since 2000, the vast majority of his practice has involved serving as mediator in tort and insurance related cases focusing on the mediation of civil disputes including pre-suit voluntary mediations, court ordered mediations, and appellate mediations; mediation cases have involved claims for catastrophic personal injuries, construction defects, insurance coverage disputes, medical malpractice, professional malpractice, commercial business disputes, estates, etc. He has to date settled in excess of 2000 mediations.
