Charles W. Ross, Esq., is a highly trained and experienced Florida Supreme Court certified mediator, who has mediated thousands of civil lawsuits. He is certified to mediate Circuit Civil and Federal lawsuits and has the skills to successfully handle even the most difficult disputes. Mr. Ross has been recognized by the Florida trial attorneys as one of Florida's best mediators, and he brings the highest standards of professionalism and commitment to the dispute resolution process. He established Ross Mediation Center in 2002, and his practice is entirely devoted to the mediation and arbitration of legal disputes. Charles Ross, Esq., received his mediation training at Harvard Law School. He completed the Harvard Law School Mediation Program for Lawyers in 1999 and graduated from the Harvard Advanced Mediation Program for Lawyers in 2001. Mr. Ross earned his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he graduated with high honors. Mr. Ross also achieved Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Eta Sigma honors. He has been recognized by his peers as one of Florida's leading mediators with a Martindale Hubbell rating of AV. Mr. Ross was also selected by the Florida trial attorneys for membership in Florida's Legal Elite, Tampa Bay Magazine's Top Lawyers of Tampa Bay (2010), The Best Lawyers in America 2010. Charles W. Charles Ross, Esq., received his mediation training at Harvard Law School. He graduated from Harvard Law School's mediation program and studied with Professor Frank Sanders, the acknowledged "Father of American Mediation." Mr. Ross also attended the Advanced Mediation Program at Harvard Law School and worked with Professor Robert Mnookin, a distinguished professor and author in the area of alternative dispute resolution.

Mr. Ross earned his undergraduate and law degrees at the University of North Carolina, where he graduated with high honors. He is certified to mediate circuit court and federal cases throughout the State of Florida and has successfully resolved thousands of disputes for Florida attorneys.
