Biographical Notes:

David's experience as a mediator and litigator is tremendously broad and includes professional liability, intellectual property claims, insurance law, premises and products liability, employment law, aviation accidents, real estate, probate,  and shareholder disputes. 

David serves as a member of the National Faculty of the Society of Certified Insurance Counselors where he teaches general liability insurance and agents & brokers liability. Before earning his law degree from the University of Florida in 1988, David Henry was a Robert T. “Bobby” Jones Scholar to the University of St. Andrews in Scotland.  David is a nationally recognized expert and professional public speaker, lecturing for bar  and insurance organizations on insurance, agents & brokers liability and mediation practice and ethics.

David has been published or featured in publications including Entrepreneur, For the Defense, National Underwriter and Orlando Lawyer.

Rates: $450/hr for most civil mediation. Discounted rates for government, public interest or other selected matters

Payment: Absent other agreement each party is responsible for their proportional share of the mediator's fee after the session is concluded. The engagement is with the attorneys and not the parties unless otherwise agreed
