Biographical Notes:

Gary was born in Port Chester , New York , May 26, 1963 . Gary received his Bachelor of Business Administration in 1985 and his Juris Doctor in 1988 from the University of Miami.

Gary is Board Certified by The Florida Bar in Business Litigation and has just completed his last of six years serving on The Florida Bar's Business Litigation Certification Committee. He has served on the Ninth Judicial Circuit's Business Court Formation Committee. Gary is also active in the First Central Florida's Inn of Court, where he holds a "master" designation and has recently been appointed to the board of directors.

He is a certified circuit civil mediator and a certified arbitrator. He is a member of the American Arbitration Association employment, commercial and financial arbitration and mediation panels. He is also and arbitrator for the National Arbitration Forum. Gary provides alternative resolution services for business, commercial and real property disputes as a mediator, an arbitrator and a voluntary trial resolution judge.

Gary is presently a shareholder with GrayRobinson, P.A., located in its Orlando office. He primarily handles litigation, mediation, arbitration and private judging in the following areas: Corporate, Business, Commercial, Contract, Real Estate, Employment, Landlord-Tenant and Lender Disputes.

RATES & PAYMENT INFORMATION

Rates: Hourly Fees:

  • $360.00 per hour for all arbitrations and voluntary trial resolution (private judging) matters.
  • $400.00 per hour for all two party trial level mediations.
  • $370.00 for all two party appellate mediations.
  • $400.00 for all mediations of three parties or more.

Minimum Fees: Minimum three (3) hour fee charged for each day for any arbitration final hearing, voluntary trial resolution hearing or mediation conference reserved in advance, unless it is canceled with at least 48 hours prior notice. If an entire day is reserved in advance, the minimum fee equal to three (3) hours will be billed and due in the event any arbitration final hearing, voluntary trial resolution hearing or mediation conference is concluded in less than three (3) hours.

Preparation, Study and Travel Time: All time expended in the connection with the arbitration, voluntary trial resolution or mediation will be billed at the above hourly rates for attendance at all hearings and mediation conferences. In addition, the above hourly rates will be billed for all time expended for study time, preparation for hearings and conferences, travel outside of the Orlando area, and review of summaries, legal research, memoranda, briefs, motions, pleadings and other documents submitted, as well as all post-hearing and post-conference services, such as drafting settlement agreements, preparation of mediation reports, analysis of evidence, deliberations and drafting final arbitration awards and final trial resolution decisions.
